Genzsch & Heyse was a German type foundry established in Hamburg, and in the 1920s and 1930s their types were sold in the United States by the Continental Type Founders Association.

The foundry was founded in 1833, and its most celebrated typefaces across its history included Heinz König's Römische Antiqua (1888), Otto Hupp's Neudeutsch (1899), and Friedrich Bauer's Nordische Antiqua (1907), later re-released as Genzsch-Antiqua in 1910. A large surviving type specimen from around 1912, now digitized, gives a sense of the fabulous range of typefaces the foundry offered during this period. The foundry ceased operation in 1963, with its assets passed on to Bauer, Berthold, and Stempel.
