Về Mieux: Mieux là một kiểu chữ sans serif hình học, lấy cảm hứng từ Europe, một kiểu chữ được phát triển bởi xưởng đúc chữ Deberny & Peignot, lần đầu ra mắt vào năm 1937 như một phiên bản tiếng Pháp của Futura. Mieux thể hiện một hướng tiếp cận hiện đại hơn, chú trọng vào tính dễ đọc và khả năng đọc hiểu của kiểu chữ sans serif hình học, cũng như khả năng thích ứng với kỷ nguyên kỹ thuật số ngày nay.

Europe is not an original typeface in the traditional sense — it is the French identity given to Futura, the landmark geometric sans-serif designed by Paul Renner and released by the German Bauer foundry in 1927.

Charles Peignot and Maximilien Vox acquired the rights to distribute Futura under the name "Europe", the new name being chosen by Charles Peignot himself, with distribution limited to France, the French colonies, and select countries including Egypt, Syria, Turkey, Greece, and French-speaking Switzerland. The decision to license the typeface came from a sense of urgency within the foundry. Maximilien Vox was deeply concerned about the absence of a modern typeface that could respond to the new demands of advertising, and he pushed so strongly for the acquisition of Futura that he offered his resignation to the board of directors if the foundry did not act immediately.
